Exhausted Artists

Look at the faces of these artists. They're like "birds of the same feather, flocks together" There is no chair in the gallery for them to sit. As soon as the guest of honor officially launched their masterpieces, they took the lead to share their spiritual imagery idiom on canvases to art lovers. It's normal when someone share their testimony on their experiences with God. But it's awesome how an artist exhibit the value of knowing God through art..... it's really worth the effort to view their paintings

These artists are from Indonesia and Philippine. You don't need to understand Bahasa Indonesia or Tagalog. Their art paints a thousand words....

Art Exhibition by Bangladesh High Commission

I was invited to an art exhibition organized by Bangladesh High Commission. I had the opportunity to meet all the 4 Bangladeshi artists. If you were not there...you have missed these national level artists especially the work of Maksudul's mono chromatic color of abstract brush strokes - brilliant creativity!

On that particular morning, I didn't had my breakfast...the modern art of these Bengalis painters stolen my hunger away as I was deeply immersed by their extra-ordinary quality art works which is very rare to come by

Guess who was at the exhibition? Yes, Tan Sri Abdul Kadir! Our former Tourism Minister. I call him Malaysia's greatest salesman. He successfully champion the slogan ~ Malaysia Truly Asia. Whenever I see Arabs walking on our street at Jalan Bukit Bintang area and European suntanning on our beaches in Langkawi, Penang and on all our beautiful islands....it remind me of Tan Sri's hard work

fund raising by Christian artists

....do you know there are many kids in KL living without parental love? Kids in KL struggling without money to go to school? Kids in KL without proper food! Kids in KL are neglected!

I roam around KL and just cannot believe what I discovered. Like many cities around the world...kids in KL are not spared. So, I contacted a buddy in UK. I told him that we can do something for the kids in KL. Without hesitation, he gave me his support.

I have a passion to exhibit art. So, we quickly organized a charity art exhibition by inviting Christian artists to contribute their painting to raise fund for KL kids.

Our initiative started with only 5 participating artists but now we have 10 artists and 1 potter! Artists are Filipino, Korean, Indonesian and Malaysian. What is my art gallery going to look like?

I have a exhibiting floor space of 3,200 sq ft, will this fit? Will it look like 'pasar malam'?

Want to know more? Tell you about it after July 19th... Hey, why not you come to see it for yourself
